breakfast vouchers noisy door

the apartment was very very comfy and tidy.

The staff did not give us our breakfast vouchers. We got the last bacon rolls early. it felt bad for people coming later since they were sold out, and more weren't made. the noise was very bad. Every door bang closing could be heard!

modern apartment clean layout kitchen facilities broken air broken machine wall scuffs

i found the apartment to be great value. it was very modern and clean. the layout. the room also contained kitchen facilities.

The air con did not work . the water machine was also out of order. i saw marks and scuffs on the walls. This was a bit disappointing.

the location was convenient for getting around the city center.

the air conditioning was almost impossible for me to control from my room the thermostat always seemed locked i needed assistance to make changes this was a real problem

clean room useful amenities comfortable stay

the room was very spacious and clean. i especially loved the provided amenities like the fridge, oven, and coffee maker. having plates and cutlery available, as did the tv and electric kettle.

The nisa local offered very few options. I wished there were more choices.

The hotel is close to the city centre. It is easy to walk to many attractions. an inexpensive ride with a taxi is an option. This ensures convenient access to various places. a shop downstairs is convenient for picking up essential items.

The apartment contained necessary items including kitchen utensils. washing up supplies were available. Dishwasher tablets were also included. the shower was fabulous. It provided a refreshing experience. parking on-site added to the convenient experience.

ok, but some issues with the deposit

high amount delayed refund

the location was great. it was near everything i wanted to see.

the deposit really bothered me. it was a very high amount. it also took a long time to get the refund to my account, it put me in a bad spot for a week. i don't know if i will stay here again if they still do that.
